Refund Policy

At Quaker State Liquor Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with our refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
  • Incorrect Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery if you received the wrong item(s). We’ll send the correct item or issue a refund.
  • Unopened Items: Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be refunded if returned within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:

  • Opened or partially used bottles
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards or promotional products

Refund Process

  • Return Shipping: If a return is needed, we’ll provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll update you. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary.
