Shipping Policy

At Quaker State Liquor Store, we proudly ship everywhere within the United States.

All purchases must be made by individuals aged 21 or older. The delivery carrier will require valid proof of age, and a signature is mandatory upon delivery. Only recipients aged 21+ may accept the order.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address, the purchaser will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Cancellations due to an incorrect address may incur a 10% processing fee.

All bottles sold are 750ml.

Every bottle listed on our website is in stock and ready to ship.

All sales are final. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, a refund may be possible, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

We do not recommend ground delivery due to risks from heat exposure in warm weather and extreme cold in winter. We are not liable for damages caused by ground shipping. If you prefer, we can hold your order until weather conditions improve at no extra cost please notify us.

We do not ship alcoholic beverages over 70% ABV (140 proof), including 95% grain alcohol. Products under 24% ABV are exempt from hazardous materials regulations, but no alcohol over 24% ABV (48 proof) may be shipped by air.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Once payment is confirmed, we aim to ship your order within 3 business days, though holiday periods may cause slight delays.

If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a refund or to wait for restock. Restocking can take up to 5 business days from the distributor.

All products are carefully packaged in suitable shipping containers. If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos of the damage. Refunds require the return of the damaged product. Note that leaks are not covered under our damage policy, and we cannot guarantee bottles will not leak. For significant leaks, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

We are not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions during shipping.
